What’s up with all the awesome pixelated games being developed these days? Not a bad thing though.
About a week ago I was indirectly introduced to Flixel after Harry released a few Flixel accessories. But Flixel is Flash, and Flash can sometimes be clunky; what I want is stability and speed. That means OpenGL and other cool stuff. Flixel is currently only playable on computers and not on your iPhone/iPod/iPad, a platform that I’d really want to develop for.
So far, I have only dabbled in Xcode and made dummy apps. If I want to get somewhere, I know that I will have to read some books.
What books should I read?
